וְנָשָׂ֜אתָ הַמָּשָׁ֥ל הַזֶּ֛ה עַל־מֶ֥לֶךְ בָּבֶ֖ל וְאָמָ֑רְתָּ אֵ֚יךְ שָׁבַ֣ת נֹגֵ֔שׂ שָׁבְתָ֖ה מַדְהֵבָֽה׃
Da wirst du vortragen diese Gleichnisrede über den König von Babel und sprechen: Wie feiert der Treiber, wie feiert die Quälerei.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the dominion that made us servile ceased! How is come to an end the strength of the sinner!
