Targum zu Jeschijahu 22:6

וְעֵילָם֙ נָשָׂ֣א אַשְׁפָּ֔ה בְּרֶ֥כֶב אָדָ֖ם פָּֽרָשִׁ֑ים וְקִ֥יר עֵרָ֖ה מָגֵֽן׃

Elam trägt den Köcher samt Wagen mit Mannen und Reitern, und Kir entblößt den Schild [und stellt sich kampfbereit].

And the Elamites have taken arms in the chariot of a man, and with him are a couple of horsemen, and on the wall they hang the shields.
