עַמִּי֙ נֹגְשָׂ֣יו מְעוֹלֵ֔ל וְנָשִׁ֖ים מָ֣שְׁלוּ ב֑וֹ עַמִּי֙ מְאַשְּׁרֶ֣יךָ מַתְעִ֔ים וְדֶ֥רֶךְ אֹֽרְחֹתֶ֖יךָ בִּלֵּֽעוּ׃ (ס)
Mein Volk wird von Unmündigen regiert, und Frauen beherrschen es. O mein Volk, deine Leiter führen dich irre und verwirren die Richtung deiner Pfade.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
As for my people, their oppressors plunder them, as those who glean the vineyard; and as usurers they rule over them. 0 my people, those that call thee blessed cause thee to err; and the way of thy path they have perverted.
