וּלְבַ֥ב נִמְהָרִ֖ים יָבִ֣ין לָדָ֑עַת וּלְשׁ֣וֹן עִלְּגִ֔ים תְּמַהֵ֖ר לְדַבֵּ֥ר צָחֽוֹת׃
Das Herz der Unbesonnenen wird aufmerken, um zu erkennen; die Zunge der Stammler wird fließend und deutlich reden.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Even the heart of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of those that was tied shall be ready to speak plainly.
