מִקּ֣וֹל הָמ֔וֹן נָדְד֖וּ עַמִּ֑ים מֵר֣וֹמְמֻתֶ֔ךָ נָפְצ֖וּ גּוֹיִֽם׃
Vor [deiner] Donnerstimme fliehen die Völker, vor deiner Erhebung zerstieben die Nationen.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
At the voice of a tumultuous noise the people are afraid, on account of the multitude of mighty actions kingdoms are scattered.
