כִּ֛י י֥וֹם נָקָ֖ם לַֽיהוָ֑ה שְׁנַ֥ת שִׁלּוּמִ֖ים לְרִ֥יב צִיּֽוֹן׃
Denn einen Tag der Rache hält der Herr, ein Jahr der Vergeltung, Zijon zu rächen.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
For it is the day of vengeance before the presence of the Lord; the year of recompense, to take vengeance of judgment on account of the ignominy of Zion.
