זֶ֣ה הַדָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁר־דִּבֶּ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה עָלָ֑יו בָּזָ֨ה לְךָ֜ לָעֲגָ֣ה לְךָ֗ בְּתוּלַת֙ בַּת־צִיּ֔וֹן אַחֲרֶ֙יךָ֙ רֹ֣אשׁ הֵנִ֔יעָה בַּ֖ת יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃
Das ist, was der Herr über ihn ausgesprochen: Es spottet dein, es lacht dein die Jungfrau, Tochter Zijon; hinter dir her schüttelt das Haupt die Tochter Jerusalem.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
This is the word which the Lord hath spoken concerning him. The kingdom of the congregation of Zion despises thee, abhors thee; the people which are in Jerusalem shake their head behind thee.
