נֹתֵ֥ן לַיָּעֵ֖ף כֹּ֑חַ וּלְאֵ֥ין אוֹנִ֖ים עָצְמָ֥ה יַרְבֶּֽה׃
Er verleiht dem Müden Kraft, und dem Ohnmächtigen gibt er große Stärke.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Who giveth wisdom to the righteous that long for the words of the law; and to those who have no strength, he multiplieth strength.
