Targum zu Jeschijahu 40:5
וְנִגְלָ֖ה כְּב֣וֹד יְהוָ֑ה וְרָא֤וּ כָל־בָּשָׂר֙ יַחְדָּ֔ו כִּ֛י פִּ֥י יְהוָ֖ה דִּבֵּֽר׃ (ס)
Damit sich die Herrlichkeit des Herrn zeige, damit alle Geschöpfe bekennen, dass also der Herr verheißen hat.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all the sons of flesh shall see together, that by the WORD of the Lord it has been decreed thus.
