אָנֹכִי֙ הַעִירֹתִ֣הֽוּ בְצֶ֔דֶק וְכָל־דְּרָכָ֖יו אֲיַשֵּׁ֑ר הֽוּא־יִבְנֶ֤ה עִירִי֙ וְגָלוּתִ֣י יְשַׁלֵּ֔חַ לֹ֤א בִמְחִיר֙ וְלֹ֣א בְשֹׁ֔חַד אָמַ֖ר יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֽוֹת׃ (פ)
Ich habe [Cyrus) geweckt zum Heil, und all seine Wege ebne ich. Er soll meine Stadt bauen und meine Weggeführten entlassen, nicht um Kaufpreis und nicht um Geschenk, spricht der Herr Zebaot.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
It is I who will verily bring him forth publicly, and all his paths I will direct: he shall build my city, and he shall let the captives of my people go, not for a price nor for money, saith the Lord of hosts.
