יוֹצֵ֥ר אוֹר֙ וּבוֹרֵ֣א חֹ֔שֶׁךְ עֹשֶׂ֥ה שָׁל֖וֹם וּב֣וֹרֵא רָ֑ע אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה עֹשֶׂ֥ה כָל־אֵֽלֶּה׃ (ס)
Der das Licht bildet und Finsternis schafft, Frieden stiftet und Unheil schafft, ich, der Herr, tue dies alles.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Who prepares the light, and creates darkness, makes peace, and creates punishment for evil. I the Lord do all these things.
