הִקָּבְצ֤וּ כֻלְּכֶם֙ וּֽשֲׁמָ֔עוּ מִ֥י בָהֶ֖ם הִגִּ֣יד אֶת־אֵ֑לֶּה יְהוָ֣ה אֲהֵב֔וֹ יַעֲשֶׂ֤ה חֶפְצוֹ֙ בְּבָבֶ֔ל וּזְרֹע֖וֹ כַּשְׂדִּֽים׃
Versammelt euch alle und höret, wer unter ihnen hat dieses verkündet? Der Herr liebt [Cyrus], er wird ausführen seinen Willen an Babel, [Cyrus] wird vollstrecken die Strafe gegen die Chaldäer.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
All ye, assemble yourselves, and hear: who among them hath declared these things ever since the Lord loved Israel? He will do His pleasure on Babylon, and He will reveal the strength of His arm on the Chaldeans.
