רָנּ֤וּ שָׁמַ֙יִם֙ וְגִ֣ילִי אָ֔רֶץ יפצחו [וּפִצְח֥וּ] הָרִ֖ים רִנָּ֑ה כִּֽי־נִחַ֤ם יְהוָה֙ עַמּ֔וֹ וַעֲנִיָּ֖ו יְרַחֵֽם׃ (ס)
Jauchze, du Himmel, und frohlocke, Erde, brechet, ihr Berge, in Jauchzen aus, denn der Herr tröstet sein Volk, und einer Armen erbarmt er sich.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and be glad, O mountains, with praise, for the Lord will comfort His people, and will have mercy upon His afflicted.
