Targum zu Jeschijahu 49:9
לֵאמֹ֤ר לַֽאֲסוּרִים֙ צֵ֔אוּ לַאֲשֶׁ֥ר בַּחֹ֖שֶׁךְ הִגָּל֑וּ עַל־דְּרָכִ֣ים יִרְע֔וּ וּבְכָל־שְׁפָיִ֖ים מַרְעִיתָֽם׃
Den Gefesselten zuzurufen: Gehet hinaus, zu denen, die in finstern [Kerkern] schmachten: Kommet hervor! Auf Straßen sollen sie weiden, und auf allen Berg spitzen sei ihre Trift.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Saying to them who are prisoners among the nations, Go forth to them who are kept back in darkness among the kingdoms; shew yourselves to the light; they shall dwell in all the paths, and by all the rivers shall be the place of their dwelling.
