Targum zu Jeschijahu 54:3

כִּי־יָמִ֥ין וּשְׂמֹ֖אול תִּפְרֹ֑צִי וְזַרְעֵךְ֙ גּוֹיִ֣ם יִירָ֔שׁ וְעָרִ֥ים נְשַׁמּ֖וֹת יוֹשִֽׁיבוּ׃

Denn nach rechts und links wirst du dich ausbreiten; deine Kinder werden Völker vertreiben und verödete Städte bevölkern.

For thou shalt spread abroad to the south and to the north, and thy children shall inherit the nations, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.
