נְאֻם֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה מְקַבֵּ֖ץ נִדְחֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל ע֛וֹד אֲקַבֵּ֥ץ עָלָ֖יו לְנִקְבָּצָֽיו׃
So spricht Gott, der Herr, der die Verstoßenen Israels sammelt: Zu den bereits Gesammelten sammle ich noch viele andere [Fremde, die sich Israel anschließen werden].
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
The Lord God, who will gather together the scattered ones of Israel, saith, I will again gather their captivity, by collecting them together.
