מִי־זֶ֣ה ׀ בָּ֣א מֵאֱד֗וֹם חֲמ֤וּץ בְּגָדִים֙ מִבָּצְרָ֔ה זֶ֚ה הָד֣וּר בִּלְבוּשׁ֔וֹ צֹעֶ֖ה בְּרֹ֣ב כֹּח֑וֹ אֲנִ֛י מְדַבֵּ֥ר בִּצְדָקָ֖ה רַ֥ב לְהוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃
Wer ist es, der kommt von Edom, in rotem Gewande von Bozra? Jener, prangend in seinem Kleide, stattlich in der Fülle seiner Kraft? Ich, der ich Sieg verheiße, Macht habe zu helfen.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Who hath spoken these things? He who shall bring the blow upon Persia, the mighty vengeance upon Bozrah, to execute vengeance of judgment of His people, as He hath sworn unto them by His Wond. He hath said, Behold, I shall reveal myself as I have spoken in righteousness, great is my power to save.
