וְהָיָ֥ה טֶֽרֶם־יִקְרָ֖אוּ וַאֲנִ֣י אֶעֱנֶ֑ה ע֛וֹד הֵ֥ם מְדַבְּרִ֖ים וַאֲנִ֥י אֶשְׁמָֽע׃
Bevor sie rufen werden, antworte ich — noch sprechen sie und ich erhöre.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And it shall come to pass, before they shall pray before me, that I will hear their prayer; and before they supplicate before me, I will grant their request.
