וְשָׁכַ֥ן בַּמִּדְבָּ֖ר מִשְׁפָּ֑ט וּצְדָקָ֖ה בַּכַּרְמֶ֥ל תֵּשֵֽׁב׃
In der [früheren] Wüste in Jerusalem wird Recht wohnen, und Gerechtigkeit nimmt in dem Fruchtgefilde ihren Sitz.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Then they that do justice shall dwell in the wilderness, and those that do righteousness shall inhabit the fruitful field.
