רִאשׁ֥וֹן לְצִיּ֖וֹן הִנֵּ֣ה הִנָּ֑ם וְלִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם מְבַשֵּׂ֥ר אֶתֵּֽן׃
Der erste war ich, der zu Zijon [sprach]: Da sind sie, [die aus der Verbannung heimkehren!] und Jerusalem gab ich einen Heilboten.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
The words of consolation which the prophets prophesied from of old concerning Zion, behold, they shall come to pass! and unto Jerusalem I will give one that bringeth good tidings.
