וּמַֽה־יַּעֲנֶ֖ה מַלְאֲכֵי־ג֑וֹי כִּ֤י יְהוָה֙ יִסַּ֣ד צִיּ֔וֹן וּבָ֥הּ יֶחֱס֖וּ עֲנִיֵּ֥י עַמּֽוֹ׃ (ס)
Und was werden beichten die Gesandten des Volkes, [wenn sie die Rettung Israels vor Sanherib zu begrüßen kommen]? Dass der Herr Zijon gegründet, und darin geborgen sind die Armen seines Volkes.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And what good news will they tell the messengers of the nations? That the Lord hath founded Zion, and the poor of His people shall trust in it.
