בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא תִּהְיֶ֨ה מְסִלָּ֤ה מִמִּצְרַ֙יִם֙ אַשּׁ֔וּרָה וּבָֽא־אַשּׁ֥וּר בְּמִצְרַ֖יִם וּמִצְרַ֣יִם בְּאַשּׁ֑וּר וְעָבְד֥וּ מִצְרַ֖יִם אֶת־אַשּֽׁוּר׃ (ס)
Um jene Zeit wird ein Weg sein von Ägypten nach Assyrien [Babylonien]. Die Bewohner Assyriens kommen nach Ägypten und die Ägypter nach Assyrien. Assyrer und Ägypter dienen zusammen [Gott].
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And at that time there shall be a highway from Egypt to Assyria; and the Assyrians shall fight against the Egyptians, and the Egyptians against the Assyrians, and the Egyptians shall serve the Assyrians.
