יָדוֹ֙ נָטָ֣ה עַל־הַיָּ֔ם הִרְגִּ֖יז מַמְלָכ֑וֹת יְהוָה֙ צִוָּ֣ה אֶל־כְּנַ֔עַן לַשְׁמִ֖ד מָעֻזְנֶֽיהָ׃
Seine Hand streckte er aus über das Meer, er erschütterte Königreiche; der Herr gebot über Kanaan, seine Besten zu vertilgen.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
His power is lifted up against the sea, to make the kingdom to tremble; the Lord has given the command concerning the merchant city, to make an end of her strength.
