Targum zu Jeschijahu 23:15
וְהָיָה֙ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא וְנִשְׁכַּ֤חַת צֹר֙ שִׁבְעִ֣ים שָׁנָ֔ה כִּימֵ֖י מֶ֣לֶךְ אֶחָ֑ד מִקֵּ֞ץ שִׁבְעִ֤ים שָׁנָה֙ יִהְיֶ֣ה לְצֹ֔ר כְּשִׁירַ֖ת הַזּוֹנָֽה׃
Seit jenem Tage wird Tyrus vergessen sein siebzig Jahre lang, wie die Zeit einer Königs-[Dynastie]. Nach Verlauf von siebzig Jahren ergeht es Tyrus, wie man von der Buhlerin singt:

And it shall come to pass at that time, that Tyre shall be put by for seventy years, according to the days of one king: at the end of seventy years, it shall be unto Tyre as the song of an harlot
