יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת יְעָצָ֑הּ לְחַלֵּל֙ גְּא֣וֹן כָּל־צְבִ֔י לְהָקֵ֖ל כָּל־נִכְבַּדֵּי־אָֽרֶץ׃
Der Herr Zebaot hat es beschlossen, zu entwürdigen das Gepränge alles Schmuckes, zu erniedrigen all die Angesehenen des Landes.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
The Lord of hosts is the counsellor against her, to defile the glory of all the objects of rejoicing, and make contemptible all the nobles of the land.
