הֵ֛מָּה יִשְׂא֥וּ קוֹלָ֖ם יָרֹ֑נּוּ בִּגְא֣וֹן יְהוָ֔ה צָהֲל֖וּ מִיָּֽם׃
Diese aber werden ihre Stimme erheben und jauchzen; ob der Herrlichkeit des Herrn jubeln sie vom Meere her.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
They shall lift up their voice, they shall praise on account of the WORD of the Lord: they shall rejoice as they rejoiced on account of the mighty works which were done for them by the sea.
