כִּ֚י בְּלַעֲגֵ֣י שָׂפָ֔ה וּבְלָשׁ֖וֹן אַחֶ֑רֶת יְדַבֵּ֖ר אֶל־הָעָ֥ם הַזֶּֽה׃
Als ob man in unklarer Rede und in fremder Zunge zu diesem Volke redete!
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Because with feigned speech, and with mocking language, this people mocked the prophets, who prophesies unto them.
