הֲכֹ֣ל הַיּ֔וֹם יַחֲרֹ֥שׁ הַחֹרֵ֖שׁ לִזְרֹ֑עַ יְפַתַּ֥ח וִֽישַׂדֵּ֖ד אַדְמָתֽוֹ׃
Pflügt wohl der Pflüger immer, um zu säen? Furchet und egget er sein Erdreich [ohne Unterlaß]?
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
The prophets prophesied at all times in order to teach, if peradventure the ears of sinners might be opened, and receive instruction.
