כִּֽי־אָפֵ֥ס עָרִ֖יץ וְכָ֣לָה לֵ֑ץ וְנִכְרְת֖וּ כָּל־שֹׁ֥קְדֵי אָֽוֶן׃
Denn geschwunden ist der Übermütige, dahin der Spötter, ausgerottet sind alle, die Unrecht hegen;
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
For the oppressor is come to an end, and the plunderer is made to cease, and all that rose up early to act violently have come to an end;
