Targum zu Jeschijahu 32:15
עַד־יֵ֨עָרֶ֥ה עָלֵ֛ינוּ ר֖וּחַ מִמָּר֑וֹם וְהָיָ֤ה מִדְבָּר֙ לַכַּרְמֶ֔ל וכרמל [וְהַכַּרְמֶ֖ל] לַיַּ֥עַר יֵחָשֵֽׁב׃
Bis ein Geist aus der Höhe über uns sich ergießt [Gott zu erkennen]; dann wird die Wüste zum Fruchtgefilde, und das Fruchtgefilde wird für einen Wald geachtet.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
All these things shall come upon us until refreshing shall come to us from the face of Him, whose Shekinah is in the highest heavens. The wilderness shall become a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be inhabited by many cities.
