שִׁ֤ירוּ לַֽיהוָה֙ שִׁ֣יר חָדָ֔שׁ תְּהִלָּת֖וֹ מִקְצֵ֣ה הָאָ֑רֶץ יוֹרְדֵ֤י הַיָּם֙ וּמְלֹא֔וֹ אִיִּ֖ים וְיֹשְׁבֵיהֶֽם׃
Singet dem Herrn ein neues Lied, [verkündet] seinen Ruhm am Ende der Erde, ihr alle, die ihr das Meer befahret und was es füllt, die Insel und ihre Bewohner!
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Sing unto the Lord a new song, proclaim His praise from the ends of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and its fulness; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof.
