הַחֵרְשִׁ֖ים שְׁמָ֑עוּ וְהַעִוְרִ֖ים הַבִּ֥יטוּ לִרְאֽוֹת׃
Ihr Tauben hört, und ihr Blinden schauet auf, dass ihr sehet!
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Ye wicked, (who are like the deaf,) have ye no ears? hear ye! and ye sinners, (who are like the blind,) have ye no eyes?
