וְטוֹב֙ מִשְּׁנֵיהֶ֔ם אֵ֥ת אֲשֶׁר־עֲדֶ֖ן לֹ֣א הָיָ֑ה אֲשֶׁ֤ר לֹֽא־רָאָה֙ אֶת־הַמַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה הָרָ֔ע אֲשֶׁ֥ר נַעֲשָׂ֖ה תַּ֥חַת הַשָּֽׁמֶשׁ׃
Und glücklicher als beide, wer noch gar nicht geworden, dass er nicht gesehen das böse Treiben unter der Sonne.

And better than both of them is he who has not lived till now, and has not been created, who does not see the bad doings which are done in this work under the sun.
