כָּל֨וּ בַדְּמָע֤וֹת עֵינַי֙ חֳמַרְמְר֣וּ מֵעַ֔י נִשְׁפַּ֤ךְ לָאָ֙רֶץ֙ כְּבֵדִ֔י עַל־שֶׁ֖בֶר בַּת־עַמִּ֑י בֵּֽעָטֵ֤ף עוֹלֵל֙ וְיוֹנֵ֔ק בִּרְחֹב֖וֹת קִרְיָֽה׃ (ס)
Meine Augen versagen mit Tränen, Meine nach innen brennen, Meine Leber wird auf die Erde gegossen, Für den Bruch der Tochter meines Volkes; Weil die kleinen Kinder und die Säuglinge an den weiten Orten der Stadt ohnmächtig werden.
Aramaic Targum to Lamentations
My eyes are spent with tears, my bowels are piled up, my liver is spilt onto the ground because of the destruction of the Congregation of my people as youths and infants cried out in the open places of the cities.
