ט֣וֹב לַגֶּ֔בֶר כִּֽי־יִשָּׂ֥א עֹ֖ל בִּנְעוּרָֽיו׃ (ס)
Es ist gut für einen Mann, dass er in seiner Jugend das Joch trägt.
