Targum zu Wajikra 27:5

וְאִ֨ם מִבֶּן־חָמֵ֜שׁ שָׁנִ֗ים וְעַד֙ בֶּן־עֶשְׂרִ֣ים שָׁנָ֔ה וְהָיָ֧ה עֶרְכְּךָ֛ הַזָּכָ֖ר עֶשְׂרִ֣ים שְׁקָלִ֑ים וְלַנְּקֵבָ֖ה עֲשֶׂ֥רֶת שְׁקָלִֽים׃

Vom fünften bis zum zwanzigsten Jahre ist die Schätzung eines Männlichen zwanzig Sekel und eines Weiblichen zehn Sekel.

And if it be a child from five years until twenty years, his estimation for a male shall be twenty shekels; and for a female, ten shekels.
