וְהִזָּ֞ה מִדַּ֤ם הַחַטָּאת֙ עַל־קִ֣יר הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַ וְהַנִּשְׁאָ֣ר בַּדָּ֔ם יִמָּצֵ֖ה אֶל־יְס֣וֹד הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ חַטָּ֖את הֽוּא׃
Und sprenge von dem Blute des Sühnopfers an die Wand des Altars; was an Blut zurückbleibt, werde ausgedrückt am Boden des Altars; ein Sühnopfer ist es.
Targum Jonathan on Leviticus
and he shall sprinkle some of the blood upon the side of the altar, and pour out the remainder of the blood at the foot of the altar: it is a sin offering.
