וְהֵרִ֨ים מִמֶּ֜נּוּ בְּקֻמְצ֗וֹ מִסֹּ֤לֶת הַמִּנְחָה֙ וּמִשַּׁמְנָ֔הּ וְאֵת֙ כָּל־הַלְּבֹנָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־הַמִּנְחָ֑ה וְהִקְטִ֣יר הַמִּזְבֵּ֗חַ רֵ֧יחַ נִיחֹ֛חַ אַזְכָּרָתָ֖הּ לַיהוָֽה׃
Man hebe eine Handvoll ab vom Kernmehl des Speiseopfers und von dessen Öl samt allem Weihrauch, der auf dem Speiseopfer, und lasse in Dampf aufgehen auf dem Altar zum Wohlgeruch, den Duftteil davon dem Herrn.
Targum Jonathan on Leviticus
And he shall separate his handful of the flour of the mincha, of the best thereof, with all the frankincense which is upon the mincha, and burn it at the altar to be received with favour, as a memorial of praise before the Lord.
