וַיַּ֤עַשׂ כֵּן֙ אַהֲרֹ֔ן אֶל־מוּל֙ פְּנֵ֣י הַמְּנוֹרָ֔ה הֶעֱלָ֖ה נֵרֹתֶ֑יהָ כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה׃
Aaron tat also; nach der Vorderseite des Leuchters steckte er die Lampen auf, so wie der Herr dem Mose geboten.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
And Aharon did so; at the face of the candelabrum he lit the lamps thereof, as the Lord commanded Mosheh.
