מִמֵּ֣ךְ יָצָ֔א חֹשֵׁ֥ב עַל־יְהוָ֖ה רָעָ֑ה יֹעֵ֖ץ בְּלִיָּֽעַל׃ (ס)
Aus dir ging der hervor der wider den Herrn Böses sann, ein Ruchloser.

From thee, Nineveh comes forth a king who is devising evil against the people of Jehovah, who counsels a counsel of wickedness.
