בּוּקָ֥ה וּמְבוּקָ֖ה וּמְבֻלָּקָ֑ה וְלֵ֨ב נָמֵ֜ס וּפִ֣ק בִּרְכַּ֗יִם וְחַלְחָלָה֙ בְּכָל־מָתְנַ֔יִם וּפְנֵ֥י כֻלָּ֖ם קִבְּצ֥וּ פָארֽוּר׃
Nun ist es leer und ausgeplündert und verwüstet. Alle Herzen sind verzagt, alle Knie schlottern, in allen Hüften ist Zittern, alle Gesichter sind verdüstert.
Targum Jonathan on Nahum
Collect all desirable things. Plundered and spoiled and opened to the enemy is the gate; and hearts melting and smiting of knees and distress in all loins, and all their faces are covered with blackness, black as a pot.
