Targum zu Bamidbar 12:6
וַיֹּ֖אמֶר שִׁמְעוּ־נָ֣א דְבָרָ֑י אִם־יִֽהְיֶה֙ נְבִ֣יאֲכֶ֔ם יְהוָ֗ה בַּמַּרְאָה֙ אֵלָ֣יו אֶתְוַדָּ֔ע בַּחֲל֖וֹם אֲדַבֶּר־בּֽוֹ׃
Und er sprach: Höret denn meine Worte: Wenn einer von euch ein Prophet des Herrn ist, in der Erscheinung thue ich mich ihm kund, im Traume rede ich zu ihm.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
And He said, Hear now My words, while I speak. Have any of the prophets who have arisen from the days of old been spoken with as Mosheh hath been? To those (prophets) the Word of the Lord hath been revealed in apparition, speaking with them in a dream.
