וְעַבְדִּ֣י כָלֵ֗ב עֵ֣קֶב הָֽיְתָ֞ה ר֤וּחַ אַחֶ֙רֶת֙ עִמּ֔וֹ וַיְמַלֵּ֖א אַחֲרָ֑י וַהֲבִֽיאֹתִ֗יו אֶל־הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ אֲשֶׁר־בָּ֣א שָׁ֔מָּה וְזַרְע֖וֹ יוֹרִשֶֽׁנָּה׃
Aber meinen Knecht Kaleb, zum Lohn dafür, dass ein anderer Geist in ihm und er ganz nach meinem Sinn war, den will ich in das Land bringen, in welches er gegangen ist, und seine Nachkommen sollen es besitzen.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
But My servant, Kaleb, because there is in him another spirit, and he hath entirely followed (in) My fear, him will I bring into the land to which he went, and his children shall possess it.
