Targum zu Bamidbar 15:9

וְהִקְרִ֤יב עַל־בֶּן־הַבָּקָר֙ מִנְחָ֔ה סֹ֖לֶת שְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה עֶשְׂרֹנִ֑ים בָּל֥וּל בַּשֶּׁ֖מֶן חֲצִ֥י הַהִֽין׃

So bringe neben dem jungen Rinde dar als Speiseopfer drei Zehntel Kernmehl eingerührt mit einem halben Hin Öl.

let him bring for the bullock a mincha of three tenths of flour mixed with half of a hin of olive oil,
