וַיֹּ֥אמֶר בִּלְעָ֖ם אֶל־הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים בָּלָ֧ק בֶּן־צִפֹּ֛ר מֶ֥לֶךְ מוֹאָ֖ב שָׁלַ֥ח אֵלָֽי׃
Bileam sprach zu Gott: Balat, der Sohn Zippors, König von Moab, hat zu mir gesandt [um mir zu sagen]:

And Bileam said before the Lord, Balak bar Zippor, king of the Moabaee, hath sent messengers to me, saying:
