וַיֹּ֤אמֶר אֱלֹהִים֙ אֶל־בִּלְעָ֔ם לֹ֥א תֵלֵ֖ךְ עִמָּהֶ֑ם לֹ֤א תָאֹר֙ אֶת־הָעָ֔ם כִּ֥י בָר֖וּךְ הֽוּא׃
Da sprach Gott zu Bileam: Du sollst nicht mit ihnen gehen, du kannst das Volk nicht verfluchen, denn es ist gesegnet.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
And the Lord said unto Bileam, Thou shalt not go with them, nor curse the people, for they are blessed of Me from the day of their fathers.
