וַיִּשָּׂ֥א מְשָׁל֖וֹ וַיֹּאמַ֑ר ק֤וּם בָּלָק֙ וּֽשֲׁמָ֔ע הַאֲזִ֥ינָה עָדַ֖י בְּנ֥וֹ צִפֹּֽר׃
Da hub er an seinen Spruch und sprach: Auf, Balak, und höre! Neige her das Ohr zu mir, Sohn des Zippor!
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
And he took up the parable of his prophecy, and said: Arise, Balak, and hear; listen to my words, Bar Zippor.
