וּשְׂעִ֥יר חַטָּ֖את אֶחָ֑ד מִלְּבַד֙ עֹלַ֣ת הַתָּמִ֔יד וּמִנְחָתָ֖הּ וְנִסְכָּֽהּ׃ (ס)
Und einen Bock zum Sühnopfer, außer dem ständigen Ganzopfer und seinem Speiseopfer und der Spende dazu.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
and one kid for a sin offering by one order; beside the perpetual sacrifice and the wheat flour for the mincha, and the wine of its libation.
