וַיִּסְע֖וּ מֵאָל֑וּשׁ וַֽיַּחֲנוּ֙ בִּרְפִידִ֔ם וְלֹא־הָ֨יָה שָׁ֥ם מַ֛יִם לָעָ֖ם לִשְׁתּֽוֹת׃
Sie brachen auf von Alus und lagerten in Refidim, dort war kein Wasser für das Volk zu trinken;
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
Rephidim, where, because their hands were (raphin) neglectful of the words of the law, there was no water for the people to drink;
