שֶׁשָּׁ֨ם עָל֪וּ שְׁבָטִ֡ים שִׁבְטֵי־יָ֭הּ עֵד֣וּת לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל לְ֝הֹד֗וֹת לְשֵׁ֣ם יְהוָֽה׃
Wohin die Stämme zogen, die Stämme Jahes ein Gesetz für Israel, zu danken dem Namen des Herrn.
Aramaic Targum to Psalms
That there went up the tribes, tribes of Adonai, testifying to Israel that His Presence dwells among them, to make them go to thank the name of Adonai.
